For one of our international clients in Weesp, we are looking for a Project Lead for the German market.

Responsibilities/Tasks

The project lead is the internal point of contact for customers and works closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Quality, Tech Support, Purchasing and Supply Chain, building and maintaining relationship with customers. The perfect candidate manages the customer journey in such a way, that an optimal balance between customer satisfaction and company interests can be achieved. The goal is to build up the customer relationship and ensure outstanding service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while generating profitable sales growth.

Main Duties

  • Being the internal point of contact for customers.
  • Being fully responsible as internal sales to profitable grow some accounts.
  • Overall responsibility for processing and tracking of any customer requests incl. quotes, sample requests, technical inquiries, trial orders and technical recommendations for quick ship and standard products.
  • Documenting and logging customer complaints, moving complaints through the system and move them forward internally.
  • Responsible for the administration of Customer Master Data in Salesforce and the ERP program.
  • Driving forward, together with sales, business opportunities, being in charge for moving the opportunities (projects) forward internally.
  • Identify customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experience
  • Support and/or run projects related to the day-to-day tasks ( process improvements etc.)
  • Analyse customer feedback and take into action where needed
  • Tracking customer experience in and with different channels

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP-systems (KINETIC/Oracle) and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Fluent German speaker
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, verbal and listening
  • Being able to build up relationships to our customers mainly via phone on a day to day basis
  • A client centered approach
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A preference to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Have a focus for details
  • Good administration skills
  • Being a good team player but at the same time also competitive where needed
  • Have a growth mind and sales skills
  • Be approachable for your internal and external customers
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
