As a Customer Success Representative you are an integral part of the Customer Service team. You will assist the department with reaching sales and retention targets, being in control of the daily workload and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Providing excellent service (commercial and advice) to customers via phone, email, and chat (inbound).
- Providing product information and advice about our multivitamins.
- Converting warm leads (starter kits) and retention calls for customers on our subscriptions (outbound).

Requirements
- Language skills:You are a fluent German speaker (C1 level), and you’re professional in English too. If selected for a phone interview, the recruiter will speak with you in English.

Responsibilities/Tasks
The Sales Accelerator ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by offering administrative and organizational support. The Sales Accelerator is responsible for aligning the daily operations internally across departments and handling customer contact when needed.
In a nutshell, you will be supporting the account managers by:
- Handling and managing contracts
- Handling and managing sales orders
- Building and managing relationships with clients

Every day will be different but some of your daily tasks will include:
- You identify customers’ needs and map these against the entire hardware and services portfolio

- You onboard new clients (e.g. adding the company information to our internal ERP tools)

Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience as part of a sales or customer service team
