Account Manager - Polish - Utrecht area

Our client is a leading international wholesaler specializing in used internal transport equipment, telehandlers, and aerial work platforms. With a dedicated team of 55 employees, they serve customers in over 80 countries worldwide.

As a family-owned business, they foster a close-knit, collaborative work environment and are looking for a long-term team member who values strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities/Tasks

As an Area Manager for the Polish market, you will play a key role in driving sales and managing margins in a region with an established customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives to drive growth.
  • Visiting customers and attending international trade fairs to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • Native Polish speaker with a strong command of English (German is a plus).
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • A team player who can work independently and identify new opportunities.
  • Interest in and affinity for technology.
  • Full-time, on-site availability (40 hours per week) - No hybrid option.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Residing in or near IJsselstein (Utrecht area).
