The job
For our client, we are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive / Account Manager, who will be responsible for engaging with key customers to commercially develop their high-level European Summit programme. Join their international, passionate, and ambitious team and play your role in progressing the energy industry!
Key responsibilities:
Drive the commercial growth of the high-level Summit conference, including sales to existing and potential new attendees.
Creating, developing, and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative sales approach.
Keeping abreast of market developments, identifying, and researching new growth areas for sales, in close cooperation with the content development team.
Maintaining key customer care objectives.
Liaising with the marketing and sales team to follow up on enquiries, upselling, database updates, group bookings & international delegations.
Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner and manage weekly reporting.
Ensuring and assisting accounts personnel in the timely payment of all customer payments.
Requirements
A self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm.
A commercially driven team player, with 2 to 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
Someone who is eager to develop his/her commercial skills with a focus on a customer centric sales approach.
A great communicator, both written as verbally on a business level degree of English.
A great negotiator with good presentation skills.
Someone who does not step away of administrative tasks and is able to work organized and efficiently.
Someone who is familiar, or keen to get familiar, with the dynamics of the energy industry.
