Requirements
Experience leading a cross-functional team
P&L Responsibility with a solid financial background
Demonstrated experience leading across multiple functions, including marketing, supply chain, sales, business development, and operations
Completed Bachelor's Degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration, Management, Marketing with relevant work experience in a technical field
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
Solid Negotiation Skills
Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric
Able to build a go to market strategy
Ability to manage conflict - particularly at the client level
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
Preferred Qualifications
Professional experience selling in a B2B environment
Food industry or material industry experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Experienced in use of customer relationship management (CRM) software
