Business Development ITAD | English | Nijmegen

Our client is an international company specialising in centralised procurement and the global standardisation of IT infrastructure. Its IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Buy-Back-as-a-Service (BBaaS) offering is a key part of its growth strategy, helping customers recover value from IT hardware while building more sustainable IT environments. As Business Development Representative, you'll help expand and professionalise this business internationally.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Identify and develop opportunities in IT lifecycle management, buyback, circular IT, hardware brokerage, refurbishment and asset recovery
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Turn commercial opportunities into scalable solutions with the Services, Operations and Stock teams
  • Work closely with the ITAD team and the international partner network
  • Help shape and grow the ITAD and BBaaS business in a dynamic, still-evolving environment

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in business development, IT lifecycle services, ITAD, brokerage, hardware sales, logistics or a related commercial field
  • Experience in ITAD, circular IT or lifecycle services is a strong advantage
  • Commercially strong and relationship-driven
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive, enjoying building something and taking ownership
  • Structured, professional and consistent with follow-up
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
  • Professional English, other languages a plus
  • Already living in the Netherlands with the right to work here
