Application Engineer | Dutch | Amersfoort

Our client is an international technical company in Amersfoort. As Application Engineer, you'll become a technical expert on professional audio-visual products and system design, combining engineering with sales and customer support on the company's technical hotline.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Provide phone support to resellers and end-users on AV products
• Share product specifications for AV applications
• Test products in-house to solve technical issues reported on site
• Suggest new product ideas and improvements
• Build friendly, professional relationships with resellers and end-users
• Train colleagues and resellers
• Stay up to date on the product line, features and applications
• Support the sales team with other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Technical or engineering experience in AV
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Technical education, preferably in electronics
• Strong communicator with a talent for building relationships
• Professional, friendly and solution-focused team player
• Already living in the Netherlands with the right to work here
