Customer Support Specialist | Polish OR Czech | Amsterdam

Our client is a global investment bank in Amsterdam's financial district. As Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a team with one mission: excellent customer service on investment products. It's a strong starting point for anyone looking to grow in the financial sector.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Answer customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, mostly by phone
• Help customers with questions about investment products
• Find solutions and make sure customers are happy with the service
• Build in-depth knowledge of the bank's investment products
• Work in line with the company's regulations

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and/or Czech
• Background or strong interest in finance and investing
• Bachelor's level (HBO) or equivalent ability
• Strong communication skills and real empathy for customers
• Eager to learn, ambitious and enthusiastic on the phone
• Already living in the Netherlands with the right to work here
