This role within the Dental Digital department focuses on providing operational and customer support to Dental professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for initial processing and assessment of digital orthodontic cases and related technical support.
- Scheduling technical follow up with doctors
- Support customers by phone and emails (CRM)
- Onboarding new doctors remotely
- Assisting the field Dental Technical Specialist teams in case of peaks/necessity
- Providing technical support (software & web) for products in our digital portfolio
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support and/or customer service, preferable with prior experience within the dental/orthodontic industry
- Previous experience in a similar role including clear aligners, I/O scanners and digital dentistry preferred.
- Tech-savvy, fully IT literate (Windows, MAC, MS Office, remote support tools). Strong ability to understand and deliver on technical user requirements.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, with a strong team-oriented mindset

- Native Dutch, fluent in English.
