Main Tasks

Your main responsibility will consist of developing the Polish market.

  • Turning prospects into clients by actively following up on the leads and seeking business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Identifying future growth opportunities

Every day at our client is unique, but typically this is how it would look like:

  • Constantly communicating with your team
  • On the phone with clients and you do your best to keep them happy
  • Following up with leads
  • Entering your sales activities in our CRM
  • Trying to learn something new every day
  • Sharing your ideas to help us improve

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You like working hard to reach your target
  • You are not afraid of the phone, social media, or just people in general
  • You are a true team player
  • You enjoy learning and you do it fast
  • You are full of energy!


  • Uncapped earnings (base salary + commissions)
