We are seeking an organized candidate to join our client’s Order Management team as German speaking Order Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Tasks

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Ensure that all orders are accurately entered into the system
  • Communicate with internal parties to resolve any issues or concerns related to their orders
  • Provide information and assistance to internal parties and customers regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping in German and English.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide support to the sales and customer service teams as needed


  • Fluency in the German and English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with order processing systems
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
