We are seeking an organized candidate to join our client’s Order Management team as German speaking Order Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Tasks
- Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
- Ensure that all orders are accurately entered into the system
- Communicate with internal parties to resolve any issues or concerns related to their orders
- Provide information and assistance to internal parties and customers regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping in German and English.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in the German and English language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with order processing systems
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
