Polish Inside Sales Representative Wanted for Venray area –

Join a leading international company with solutions for Logistics as an Inside Sales Representative for the Polish market. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage and grow a small customer base while winning back ex-customers. Work with targets to manage existing business and develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account management with key account acquisition, maintenance, and development
  • Identify and develop new biz opportunities to meet targets
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to management
  • Drive revenue, gross profit, and sales activity for your customer base
  • Use CRM tools for effective sales management and update internal reports
  • Attend product training at the Netherlands office
  • Minimize office days by arranging open diary with country manager and inside sales team
  • Proactively seek new prospecting opportunities, including social networking
  • Attend trade shows and perform stand duty
  • Operate as a mini-business unit, handling daily customer orders and calls
  • Serve as primary customer contact for product and sales info
  • Address customer complaints and work on solutions
  • Actively collect overdue invoices
  • Participate in improvement activities and drive efficiency


  • 2+ years of related sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or technical industries
  • MBO/HBO education or equivalent work experience
  • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Time and territory planning and management experience
  • Commercially aware and able to work with targets
  • MS Office and CRM system proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Record keeping and report writing experience
  • Flexible, multitasking, and stress-resistant
  • Independent and able to work in a team
  • Decisive and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and driven, able to propose new ideas and sell them
  • Full-time availability (working hours 8:00-18:00, max 8 hours/day)
  • Excellent MS Office, Excel, and Outlook skills, and ERP experience
  • English proficiency and Polish mother tongue.
