We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide advice and support to customers from the dental industry, go above and beyond customer expectations and provide an outstanding customer service experience. This role handles a complex variety of tasks, the main accountabilities involve:
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Being responsible for different aspects of order management (processing, monitoring, follow-up)
- Communication with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure that orders are placed correctly and on time
- Communicating with customers regarding order status updates
- Providing additional information regarding products, additional services, and similar
- Resolve any potential customer issues and troubleshooting problems, provide appropriate solutions
- Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies
- Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers
- Updating customer records and maintaining several CRM systems
- Working in collaboration with other departments
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
Most important experience and qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is desired (ideally from a medical or similar environment)
- Advanced proficiency in English and German language
- Proficient computer skills including the MS Office Package
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is considered an advantage
